iMSPORT.TV – Indonesian equestrian athlete, Nusrtdinov Zayan Fatih, will compete in the 2025 Asian Youth Games. Dinov plans to prepare by training in Europe.

The 2025 Asian Youth Games in Bahrain are scheduled to take place from October 22nd to 31st. This quadrennial event is open only to athletes aged 14 to 17.

The 2025 Asian Youth Games began in 2009 in Singapore and 2013 in China. The 2017 and 2021 events were canceled due to various circumstances.

Dinov, 15, has begun planning his preparations for the 2025 Asian Youth Games. He wants to achieve the best possible result in his first and last opportunity at the 2025 Asian Youth Games.

My next target is the 2025 ASEAN Youth Games. I want to win a gold medal. Because it’s one of the biggest events of the year,” Dinov told reporters.

Dinov is the future of Indonesia’s equestrian sport. During his participation in the 2025 championships, he won 13 gold medals, nine silver medals, and seven bronze medals.

Dinov certainly wants to achieve more of these results. To perform well, the gold medalist at the 2024 National Games (PON) is planning to train in Europe to acclimate his horse to Bahrain. Due to regulations, Dinov cannot bring his horse from Indonesia.

This summer, Dinov has to train in Europe to acclimate his horse. That’s the biggest obstacle, because unlike other riders who are ready with their horses, due to certain difficult policies in Indonesia, we can’t travel there, so we have to bring our horse from Europe,” said Dinov’s mother, Riyanti Kutty Nurinda.

Dinov has only been in equestrian sports for four years. His achievements are impressive, having already collected 307 medals, 165 of which are gold medals from championships held in Indonesia.

Dinov has also won 17 gold medals, nine silver medals, and three bronze medals at international events. Hopefully, Dinov can extend his impressive international record by bringing home a medal.
