iMSPORT.TV – After launching its summer collection, local sportswear brand Mills is preparing new products for the Indonesian contingent competing at the 2025 SEA Games, with the official launch scheduled for November.
“For the 2025 SEA Games, we will launch the products together with the NOC in early November. The technology we’re introducing will be divided into three sports categories,” said PT Mitra Kreasi Garmen CEO, Ahau, in an official statement on Wednesday.
The three categories being prepared for the 2025 SEA Games include: outdoor contact sports such as football, indoor sports such as basketball and volleyball, and athletics that require lightweight and flexible apparel.
Previously, Mills had just released its Spring/Summer 2026 collection under the theme “Meta Play Unlocked”, symbolizing the opening of a new era in local sportswear technology.
Ahau emphasized that Mills consistently launches products every six months as part of its commitment to delivering innovation to the market.
“Mills routinely holds launches almost every six months for two seasons. We always want to provide updates on the latest technologies in our products,” said Ahau.

At the launch, the Indonesian brand also introduced its latest running shoe named Hypercharge.
Weighing only 150 grams for size 42, it is one of the lightest running shoes ever produced by a local brand.
The shoe is equipped with V-max material and supercritical foam technology in the outsole, claimed to deliver high energy return to boost performance, especially in full marathons.
“Because it’s so light, it can help with speed, allowing runners to improve their pace during marathons. That’s a huge benefit,” Ahau explained.
Mills spent nearly a year developing this technology, ensuring it could truly compete with current global trends that are heavily focused on ultra-lightweight carbon-plated running shoes.
