Thailand Offers Free Tickets for the 2025 SEA Games, Returning as Host After 18 Years

iMSPORT.TV – The organizing committee of the 2025 SEA Games has introduced an exciting policy by offering free tickets for all sporting events at the upcoming multi-sport competition, which will be held from December 9 to 20, 2025, across three Thai cities: Bangkok, Chonburi, and Songkhla.

Under this policy for the 33rd edition of the SEA Games, all matches will be free to attend — including football, the event expected to draw the biggest crowds of fans.

However, according to The Thao 247, spectators who wish to attend the 2025 SEA Games must first register online to obtain their free tickets.

The online registration will be conducted through the official SEA Games 2025 website, aimed at controlling audience numbers and preventing overcrowding.

For football, the organizing committee has prepared five stadiums to host the region’s most-watched sport:

• Rajamangala Stadium (Bangkok, Main Stadium)
• Tinsulanon Stadium (Songkhla)
• 700th Anniversary Stadium (Chiang Mai)
• IPE Chonburi Stadium (Chonburi)
• Chonburi Stadium (Chonburi)

Meanwhile, Indonesia’s U-22 national team, who claimed the gold medal at the 2023 SEA Games, are determined to defend their title at the 2025 edition in Thailand.
