iMSPORT.TV – The Indonesian national taekwondo men’s poomsae team is intensifying its preparations ahead of the 2025 SEA Games in Thailand. To strengthen chemistry and boost their medal prospects, the Indonesian Taekwondo Federation (PB TI) will send its athletes for a training program in South Korea.
Intensive training sessions are currently being held at GOR POPKI Cibubur, Jakarta, under the guidance of coach Maulana Haidir. In addition to competing in the kyorugi category, PB TI will also field athletes in the men’s poomsae team event.
Indonesia Men’s Taekwondo Poomsae Team Sharpens Preparation for the 2025 SEA Games in Thailand
Bronze medalists from the Vietnam SEA Games—Muhammad Alfi Kusuma, Muhammad Rizal, and Muhammad Hafizh Fachrur Rhozy—have once again been selected to represent Indonesia in Thailand. Several championships and training camps are scheduled to further support their performance.
Meanwhile, athletes competing in the kyorugi category are currently undergoing a training camp in South Korea. They are expected to return to Indonesia on October 10 before departing for the 2025 World Taekwondo Championships in Wuxi, China, on October 24.
